• Decline tables/booths viewed as not acceptable for a campus climate.

• Tentatively hold the space for 2 weeks until student organization provides needed information.

WMU RSO’s

Any student organization registered to Western Michigan University.

*All student organizations must be registered with the Office of Student Engagement prior to booth allocation.

WMU Affiliates

Any business affiliated with Western Michigan University.

Non-WMU Affiliates

Any business not affiliated with Western Michigan University.

Non-Profits

Any business or government agency not making or conducted primarily to make profit.

Food Vendors

Any business or organization who would like to distribute food at Bash. Those who bring pre-packaged foods such as candy, chips, etc are not considered a food vendor.
